Consulting Group is a professional services company focusing on
business valuations, litigation support, and transaction
advisory consulting. Prior to acquiring/starting Witter
Consulting Group, Chad was the Director of Business Valuations
at Ares Business Consulting, a private equity/business
consulting firm. Chad joined Ares in November of 2001 after
leaving KPMG Consultant's Chicago Private Equity Valuation
Practice. While at KPMG Chad performed business valuations for
the purposes of: SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, estate
& gift, litigation support, corporate planning, purchase price
allocations, pricing analyses, fairness opinions and to obtain
venture capital financing. His focus was on clients that
operated in consumer and industrial markets with sizes that
ranged from small middle market through multi-national Fortune
500 companies. Chad has consulted on business interests on
every continent but Antarctica.

dissenting shareholders, marital dissolutions, business
damages, and personal cash flows (deferred compensation, lost

organization in the country.

Analyst) exam and has not yet sat for Level II.

professional education (CPE) classes. Chad also presents on
topics such as business valuation and “how to buy or sell a
business”.
